For your convenience, fees may be paid via PayPal, Venmo (@harwickhouse) or Zelle using the board@harwickhouse.com email address.   

 

Please make sure to identify the unit number and write a brief memo, so that the payment can be applied to the correct account.  

Alternatively, Harwick House also accepts checks payable to Harwick House, Inc.  No starter checks, money orders or cashier's checks.

***Please note paying via PayPal with a debit/credit card will result in a convenience fee, which Harwick House is not responsible for.  Please take into account the % PayPal charges for using a debit/credit card and add that amount to the application fee. 

Please complete the application package in its entirety.  Any blank items may be cause for delay and/or disapproval.  Be sure to sign your name in all the indicated places.  A non-refundable fee and photo ID i.e. Driver's License, Identification Card and/or Passport must accompany the application.  All applicants MUST be interviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.  The Board has thirty (30) days from the time the application and fee is received to approve/reject the applicant(s).  Also, please note that international applicant(s) may take longer than 30 days as background checks are often delayed and/or take longer to complete.  The application package may sent via U.S. Mail, dropped off at the Harwick House Mailbox located on the property or emailed to board@harwickhouse.com.
